COUPLE THERAPY

Couple Therapy with a Gestalt approach looks at the helps the couple’s relationship, and looks at how conflicts are resolved. There is a focus on personal growth of each of the partners, and awareness of how each person is reaping with the other.

In the consultation there is a focus on communication, listening, and respect for the rhythm of each person.

The session is based on the couple realizing for themselves what they feel and do in order to know what they want and need, and to see how to communicate this to the partner in first person with open and respectful listening.

Couples therapy helps to rescue and discover new resources to face the changing situations of life. It is a space to grow as a couple and as individuals.

It is important for us to listen to each other without interrupting so we can truly understand what each person is feeling.
